Nagu is a security researcher, computer scientist, and technology leader with more than two decades of experience spanning cybersecurity, AI/ML, distributed systems, cryptography, and protocol engineering.

Before founding Breakwater, he worked on protocol security and engineering at the Ethereum Foundation, including zero-knowledge systems and decentralized infrastructure. Earlier, at National Taiwan University Hospitals, he led multidisciplinary teams of engineers and physicians building AI healthcare systems deployed across Taiwan’s national healthcare system.

At Breakwater, Nagu leads company and product strategy, shaping how security evidence is turned into reliable models of assets, connectivity, attack paths, and operational risk.

Chetna is Co-Founder and President of Breakwater, where she leads company operations, customer engagement, and strategic relationships.

Her background spans organizational leadership, technology, education, and customer operations. Across these roles, she has led teams, managed complex programs, and developed a strong understanding of how customer needs translate into practical execution.

At Breakwater, Chetna helps shape how the company brings its cyber-physical intelligence platform to market, builds trusted customer and partner relationships, and stays focused on problems that matter in real operating environments.

Indraneel Roy Choudhury is Breakwater’s Founding India Market Partner, leading business strategy, market development, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement.

With extensive experience across enterprise technology and cybersecurity, he works closely with CISOs, technology leaders, government organizations, OEMs, and system integrators to address cyber risk across critical and operational infrastructure.

At Breakwater, Indraneel focuses on transforming complex cyber-physical risk into actionable intelligence, helping organizations understand not just vulnerabilities, but attack paths, operational consequences, and remediation priorities.

His work spans critical sectors including energy, transportation, ports, manufacturing, financial services, government, and connected infrastructure.
